What does my camp fee cover?

Camp fees per one (1) participant covers your entire stay of 4 nights (6/13/26 - 6/17/26) at the Black Rock Mountain Resort, ice and gym time, team scheduled activities, dinner for 1 at Ruth's Chris Park City, and jersey.

What hotel room do I get?

All parties are put in a double queen standard room. Equipped with mini fridge, flat screen TV, and dressers.

Can the rest of the family come and stay in the hotel with us?

Yes the hotel allows up to quad (4) occupancy in the standard double queen rooms.

When is check in/check out?

Check into the hotel is SUNDAY 6/13/27 from 3–5pm. Check out is THURSDAY 6/17/26 at 11am from the hotel.

Does it have to be 'Father + Son'?

No, it can be father and daughter, uncle and nephew, mother and daughter, mother and son — all family is welcome! * Check participant requirements before registering

Do I need a rental car?

The hotel provides a free shuttle service around Park City. It goes to Park City Main Street and many Park City attractions. It does NOT pick up from the SLC airport.

Is food included?

Food is not included in the fee - only food included is the Ruth's Chris Park City meal at the end of the camp. There is a classic American restaurant inside the resort that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a Starbucks Coffee shop.

How will we get to Ruth's Chris Wednesday night?

Black Rock hotel shuttles will transport the camp approximately 5 miles down the road after Wednesday night's ice time, if you need a ride.

What is there to do at the hotel?

The hotel features an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, a game room and lounge with pool & ping pong, a separate bar lounge for patrons over 21, a mountain bike rental shop, and breathtaking views.

Is the rink attached?

Yes, the Black Rock Mountain Event Center is attached via many corridors to the hotel. You can walk to practice!

Will my gear be stored all week?

Yes, your hockey gear will be in your designated private locker room all week long.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes, you are allowed to bring dogs for an additional fee that will be payable to the hotel upon check in.

If I drive, is there a parking fee?

No, there is free parking for guests all around the resort in any outdoor marked space, or the underground parking garage.

Where do we workout?

The Onyx Club is a private, state of the art, 10,000 sq. ft elite training facility — also attached to the rink. Camp goers will do workouts, mobility, competition training, and team exercises here! There is also a smaller athletic facility in the hotel that is accessible to hotel guests.

What do I need to bring to camp?

Bring your hockey gear, athletic workout clothes, and casual summer attire!

What airport do we fly into?

SLC International is a 35~ min drive up the canyon to the resort.
